Running on real warehouse floors.
RFID-JET is live in stone and quartz warehouses across the Greater Toronto Area, counting, locating and checking slabs every working day.
Catching the wrong slab at the door.
The problem
In a busy quartz warehouse, slabs of the same product code and lot look identical. Under pressure, pickers sometimes took the nearest slab instead of the one assigned to the order, or one already reserved for another customer. Those swaps usually surfaced much later, when a count didn't match or a fabricator called about the wrong slab.
What changed
Readers at the dock now read every slab that leaves and check it against open orders. A slab that leaves without a matching order is flagged for the order desk to resolve the same day. The team can see exactly which slab left, when, and through which door.
Why it matters
Swaps show up the day they happen, while the truck and the paperwork can still be traced, rather than weeks later in a count.

Where RFID-JET fits.
Proven in stone slab warehouses, where tracking is hardest. It works wherever large, high-value items are stored on racks and leave by truck.
Stone and quartz distributors
Thousands of slabs across lots, bundles and A-frames, many of them one of a kind.
Glass and architectural panels
Fragile, high-value sheets on racks, where every unnecessary handling adds risk.
Construction material yards
Heavy, oversized stock spread across bays and buildings, leaving on flatbeds.
