From walkthrough to a warehouse you can see.

We plan around how your building actually runs, install the hardware ourselves, and stay until your team trusts the numbers.

  1. Site walkthrough

We walk the warehouse with you: receiving, racks and A-frames, docks, and how slabs move between them. We also sit with the order desk to see where inventory gets corrected today.

You receive a written plan with reader positions, a tagging approach and a timeline.

  2. Tagging

Each slab gets a UHF RFID tag on its edge, linked to its product code, lot and slab number. Existing stock is tagged once. New stock is tagged as it's received.

Edge placement matters: it's what readers see when slabs stand on an A-frame.

  3. Readers and gates

We install fixed readers at your exits with circularly polarized antennas in IP65 enclosures, powered over Ethernet. Your team gets handheld readers for counts, search and bin moves.

Antenna angles are tuned on site, using your own trucks and racks.

  4. Connection

RFID-JET connects to your ERP with read access only. The readers run on their own network bridge, so a change to your office network doesn't take the gates offline.

Tell us your ERP during the walkthrough and we'll explain how the connection works for it.

  5. Training and go-live

We train the yard team and the order desk on your floor, then watch the first weeks closely. Gate rules are checked against real traffic before alerts are switched on, and Business Intelligence goes live role by role.

Support continues after go-live by phone and email.

What we ask of your team.

A deployment goes fastest when these are in place. We'll help with each one.

From you

  • One person on site who owns the rollout
  • Read access to your ERP's inventory and orders, or a regular export
  • Power and a network drop near each dock door
  • A short window to tag existing stock, often over a few days

From us

  • The site plan and hardware list before anything is installed
  • Installation, tuning and testing of every reader
  • Handhelds set up for your bins, products and users
  • Training for the yard team and the order desk

How pricing works.

A one-time deployment fee covers the site plan, readers, antennas, tags for existing stock, installation and training. It depends on the number of dock doors and the size of your inventory.

A monthly subscription covers the software, hosting, updates and support.

We'll give you a written quote after the walkthrough, once we've seen the building.

Questions we hear often.

How long does a deployment take?

Most of the time goes into tagging existing stock, so it depends on the size of your inventory. We give you a timeline in the site plan, before you commit.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. RFID-JET reads from your ERP and never writes to it. Your team keeps working in the system they know.

Will it read slabs on an A-frame or a truck?

Yes. Tags are placed on the slab edge and dock antennas are positioned to face those edges as a loaded A-frame passes. We test this with your own trucks during installation.

Why RFID instead of barcodes?

Barcodes need someone to find the label, get a clear line of sight and scan one slab at a time. RFID reads tags without line of sight, many at once, including slabs packed tight in a bundle. That's what makes full counts and exit gates practical.

What happens if a tag is damaged?

The slab shows up as missing in the next count and your team re-tags it from the handheld. Its history stays linked to the slab number.

Can you work with more than one location?

Yes. Each warehouse gets its own readers, and you see stock across locations in one place.
